MedMatch hopes to change medical job-searching and candidate vetting by giving users constant feedback throughout the process. Our team was asked to help MedMatch make strategic usability and aesthetic improvments to their site, and deliver visual and interactive guidelines they can apply in a future design iterations.
To understand what in the current interface needed improvement, we conducted a heuristics evaluation of the site and analyzed the aesthetics for services in similar spaces.
We decided to focus on improving usability and visuals in three areas that affect users most and position MedMatch’s brand most competitively.

The most strategic solution is to reorganize the content in a linear flow that mirrors the job search process, and to build an interface that allows users to review disparate pieces of information without being taken out of the flow.
After touching base with the MedMatch team, we decided that the MODERN LOOK would best serve their current brand.
